To help manage traffic flow, we are limiting access to the Campus Entrance 3 Garage to resident students who have parking permits. They can move their cars to the Campus Entrance 3 Garage until 3 p.m.
Other students who have cars with a Rice parking permit can move their cars to the BioScience Research Collaborative (BRC) Parking Garage on Dryden until 6 p.m. Employees who are staying on campus this weekend can use the BRC option also. We will direct them to other locations if the garage is full. Note that cars parked in the BRC Garage cannot be move until the floodgates are removed.
